We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from initial onboarding to ongoing support. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main contact for inquiries and updates
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and fulfill client requests
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations
Track account performance and suggest improvements based on client needs
Prepare regular reports on client status, project updates, and feedback
Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and support client retention efforts
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in client services, account management, or a related role (1–2 years minimum)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
