We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from initial onboarding to ongoing support. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main contact for inquiries and updates

  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and fulfill client requests

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations

  • Track account performance and suggest improvements based on client needs

  • Prepare regular reports on client status, project updates, and feedback

  • Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and support client retention efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in client services, account management, or a related role (1–2 years minimum)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
