Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing & Branding Assistant to support our brand development initiatives and help drive consistent, high-quality marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role works directly with our Marketing and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness across all channels—excluding social media.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing brand strategies and executing marketing campaigns aligned with client goals

• Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and internal documents

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor branding strategies

• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms

• Assist with brand audits and documentation

• Organize and participate in team brainstorming sessions and client meetings

• Monitor campaign performance and report on results to the senior marketing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role

• Strong understanding of brand development and visual identity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
