Next Comms Talk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing customer service team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure every customer receives timely and accurate support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues when needed

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues

  • Provide product and service information clearly and effectively

  • Meet or exceed performance targets and call quality standards

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
