We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing daily operations and engaging directly with potential clients. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in client outreach and lead follow-up

  • Prepare sales presentations and reports for internal and external use

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal departments

  • Track sales progress and maintain accurate records in our system

  • Support in setting up and attending promotional events and client meetings

  • Help identify potential business opportunities through research and data analysis

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and client relationship management is a plus
