Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product or service-related questions and concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer support or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
