We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide professional service that upholds the values of Signal Tru Brand.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures

  • Document all customer interactions and follow up when necessary

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements when appropriate

  • Ensure a high level of customer retention through exceptional service

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or customer service role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
