We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensure efficient office workflow, and assist management with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
