We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role will support and manage internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and writing skills, and a keen ability to coordinate messaging across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that support company objectives
Coordinate and prepare internal communications, including newsletters, updates, and memos
Support the planning and execution of company events, announcements, and presentations
Maintain communication calendars and track deliverables to meet deadlines
Draft, edit, and proofread materials to ensure clarity and alignment with brand guidelines
Liaise with various departments to gather and communicate important information effectively
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project management and communication tools
Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
