Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will represent our clients’ brands in various settings and engage directly with customers to create memorable experiences. Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at promotional events, trade shows, and retail environments

• Educate potential customers about brand products, values, and benefits

• Generate interest and drive engagement through clear communication and product knowledge

• Assist with event setup and teardown as needed

• Maintain a positive and professional image at all times

• Track and report customer feedback and participation metrics

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or promotional roles preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with diverse audiences

• Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
