Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team. The Events Assistant will work closely with our Event Coordinators and Managers to ensure the seamless execution of events. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including logistics, setup, and breakdown.

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event needs are met.

  • Maintain accurate event schedules and assist in managing budgets.

  • Ensure all event materials, such as promotional items and signage, are prepared and organized.

  • Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth event process from start to finish.

  • Help in managing event documentation and post-event reports.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management or related field is a plus.
