Job Description:
Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and contribute to the success of ongoing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing strategies while coordinating with internal departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies

• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for event planning and execution

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

• Manage marketing calendars and help with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Help maintain organized digital archives and databases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with marketing software tools is a plus
