We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in Denver. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication efforts. This position involves planning, executing, and managing communication strategies that align with our brand, values, and goals. The Communications Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute communication plans for internal and external audiences

  • Draft, edit, and distribute written materials including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and reports

  • Support event planning and logistics for company meetings, conferences, and community outreach

  • Maintain and update internal documentation and communication platforms

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment

  • Monitor and evaluate communication performance metrics

  • Assist with crisis communication and public relations efforts when necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
