We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team in Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide variety of events from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event components are delivered smoothly and successfully.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and on-site support
Communicate with clients to understand their goals and ensure expectations are met
Research and secure venues, vendors, permits, and suppliers as needed
Develop detailed event plans and schedules, and monitor progress
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting during events
Maintain accurate records and post-event reports
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for branded materials and event promotion (no direct social media responsibilities)
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or related role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules
