We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organizing, and contributing to the smooth execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional functions. The Events Assistant will work closely with the Events Manager and other departments to ensure successful delivery of every event.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics from start to finish
Support the execution of promotional campaigns and event strategies
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event needs are met
Track event budgets and manage supplies and materials
Help with on-site setup, breakdown, and day-of-event tasks
Maintain records of event timelines, schedules, and feedback
Provide administrative support and follow-up post-event
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
