Job Description

Reboot Staff is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising strategies to help our clients enhance their brand visibility and attract their target audience. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising campaigns across print, digital, and other traditional platforms

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand goals and align ad strategies accordingly

• Monitor advertising performance and adjust campaigns to improve results

• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

• Prepare and present advertising proposals and performance reports

• Ensure consistency with branding and messaging guidelines

• Work with graphic designers and copywriters to create high-quality ad content

• Manage budgets and timelines for advertising projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field

• 1+ year of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of advertising principles and marketing strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with advertising software/tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
