Sociaxe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks with discretion and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and calls

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and email management

  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

  • Assist with personal errands and occasional on-site support

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts

  • Monitor and respond to routine requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
