We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between our internal departments and external clients, ensuring timely and professional communication at all times. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and general communication
Draft, review, and send formal correspondence, reports, and updates to clients and partners
Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent and timely messaging
Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups
Support the planning and execution of internal communications and meetings
Assist in the development and improvement of communication strategies and materials
Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or client-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and in team settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms
