Property Soar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing - Branding Assistant to support our branding and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand identity across campaigns, developing promotional materials, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all communications. This position is ideal for someone passionate about branding and eager to grow within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of branding strategies and marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create brand-aligned materials (brochures, presentations, property profiles, etc.)

  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across internal and external communications

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic branding decisions

  • Coordinate promotional events and branded experiences for clients and stakeholders

  • Track campaign results and prepare performance reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
