Job Description

Property Soar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Public Relations Representative to support our brand and client communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing strategies, handling media communications, and enhancing our corporate presence through compelling messaging and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and PR plans aligned with business objectives

• Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and promotional content

• Coordinate with media outlets and manage press inquiries

• Assist in organizing events, property showcases, and community engagement efforts

• Monitor industry trends and report on campaign performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or public relations

• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of marketing strategy and public relations best practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic design tools is a plus
