We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, organizing, and executing client-facing and internal events. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for events that create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate and promotional events
Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event requirements are met
Manage event timelines, schedules, and logistics
Support on-site setup and breakdown of events
Monitor inventory of event supplies and ensure everything is in place
Prepare post-event reports and assist in event evaluation
Maintain detailed records of each event including budgets and feedback
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 1 year of experience in event planning or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends for events
