Nexmos Design is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support to our clients by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive client experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and clarity

  • Resolve product or service issues promptly and thoroughly

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions

  • Provide detailed information about our services and assist with client requests

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

  • Stay informed on company products, services, and policies

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service software

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
