We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will support the company’s communication initiatives by drafting, editing, and delivering messages that align with our brand values and strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for clear, effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review written communications, including emails, newsletters, and internal memos

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing materials

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure message alignment and accuracy

  • Maintain and update communication templates and materials

  • Monitor internal communication channels and respond to inquiries as needed

  • Support event planning and coordination related to internal communications

  • Conduct research to support communication strategies and campaigns

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
