Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our business development and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and assisting the sales team to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth

• Coordinate and track marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and client communications

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, proposals, and follow-ups

• Maintain and update CRM systems with client and prospect information

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency in all materials

• Prepare sales and marketing reports for internal analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
