We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and personal support tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting

  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone communications

  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed

  • Maintain records, files, and documents with high accuracy

  • Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting summaries

  • Support in managing expenses, invoices, and other administrative duties

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
