Job Description

Messa Sync is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Los Angeles. This role involves general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and demonstrate consistency in performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments

• Accurately sort, label, and store inventory items

• Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Operate forklifts or other equipment safely (if certified)

• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies

• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Reliable and punctual

• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required
