We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position based in our Grand Rapids, MI office.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently
Maintain detailed and organized customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
1+ year of customer service or related experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
