We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our New Orleans office. The successful candidate will support daily office functions, assist department managers, and ensure smooth administrative operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining digital and physical filing systems

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers

  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed

  • Assist in handling confidential information with discretion

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors

  • Support project tracking, data entry, and basic financial recordkeeping

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
