Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the organization, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.

• Pick and fill orders from stock.

• Organize and maintain inventory.

• Inspect products for quality and damage.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Assist with the shipment of goods and materials.

• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
