We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in internal and external communications, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels and helping maintain the company's brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies

  • Write and edit newsletters, press releases, reports, and corporate communications

  • Coordinate with different departments to gather and distribute relevant company updates

  • Assist in organizing and supporting events, presentations, and meetings

  • Monitor and analyze communication performance and adjust strategies as needed

  • Maintain brand consistency in all communications and collateral

  • Support leadership with communication materials and messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic content management systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
