Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. This role supports the Events Manager in coordinating and executing successful events at our venue. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure event logistics run smoothly

• Prepare event materials and maintain accurate documentation

• Oversee event setup and breakdown

• Provide on-site support during events to ensure client satisfaction

• Handle administrative tasks related to event management

• Maintain a professional and client-focused attitude at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality, communications, or related field is a plus
