We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Communications Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with Captura Hall’s values and objectives. This role requires strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate company-wide internal and external communications.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread newsletters, press releases, presentations, and corporate materials.

  • Maintain communication calendars to ensure timely delivery of messages.

  • Support the planning and execution of public relations and outreach initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified messaging across departments.

  • Monitor and analyze communication performance and suggest improvements.

  • Coordinate logistics and messaging for corporate events and presentations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a communications or coordination role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience in corporate or business environments preferred.
