We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies, manage internal communications, assist with project planning, and coordinate logistics to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies
Coordinate marketing projects, events, and partnerships
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with design, content, and other departments to ensure brand consistency
Manage administrative tasks related to marketing operations
Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Support the team with promotional material preparation and distribution
Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and timelines
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
Experience in event planning or campaign support is a plus
