Bela Brand Bat is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will provide professional, courteous, and effective support to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient with basic computer applications and customer management systems

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

  • Reliable and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
