We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with various tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and other team members.
Organize and maintain office files and documents.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Prepare and process reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate and support special projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
