The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to clients and customers, handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in developing customer service procedures and documentation
Support team operations by performing administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality
