Reboot Staff is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in New Orleans, LA. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns while coordinating closely with the sales department to ensure seamless strategy alignment and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is strong in communication, and thrives on both planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of marketing and sales strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align promotional activities with business goals

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals

  • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and sales performance metrics

  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and campaign progress

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience working in a team-based, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
