We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience for our guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner

  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when necessary

  • Ensure accurate billing and payment processing

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on feedback

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
