We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing internal and external communications, developing consistent messaging, supporting public relations efforts, and maintaining a strong brand voice across various platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of corporate communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal communications, including company updates, newsletters, and memos.

  • Draft and edit press releases, company statements, and public announcements.

  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure messaging consistency.

  • Support executive communication efforts, including speeches, briefings, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, partners, and media outlets as needed.

  • Maintain and organize communication documentation and archives.

  • Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or similar role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with content management tools.

  • Experience in real estate or corporate environments is a plus.
