We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in planning and executing campaigns that enhance our market presence and engage clients. This is an opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within the real estate marketing space.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional events and materials.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Assist in the creation of brochures, presentations, and print materials.
Track and report performance metrics related to marketing activities.
Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts.
Manage administrative marketing tasks and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles and campaign management.
