We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of communication tasks, ensuring smooth internal coordination and effective message delivery to external partners and clients. This role requires strong interpersonal and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear and effective internal communication
Draft, edit, and proofread company communications, reports, and official statements
Coordinate communication strategies with management to align with business goals
Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans and campaigns
Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders in a professional manner
Maintain organized records of communication logs and reports
Support the communications team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic communication tools
Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
