Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or provide updates

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Follow communication scripts and company procedures consistently

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
