Next Coms Talk is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist in coordinating schedules, and maintain effective communication within the team. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
