We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules and calendars for executives
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, note-taking, and document preparation
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
Monitor and prioritize emails and other communications
Prepare reports and presentations as requested
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
