Next Coms Talk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This position requires a strong communicator with excellent writing and project management skills who can ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit internal communications, newsletters, announcements, and corporate materials

  • Coordinate and execute company-wide communication initiatives

  • Support public relations campaigns and prepare press releases and media kits

  • Assist in developing presentations and materials for leadership communications

  • Monitor communication project timelines and ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain documentation and archives of communication materials

  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure alignment of messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications-related role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
