Property Soar is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our customer support team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others. You will be the first point of contact for clients and tenants, assisting with inquiries, requests, and service coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding property services, availability, and procedures

  • Log and track service requests and client communications

  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution

  • Meet performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role (preferred)
