We are seeking a skilled and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team at Property Soar. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing events that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with various teams to ensure each event runs smoothly, from conception to execution. This role requires attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate various events, including conferences, meetings, and client-related gatherings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are executed effectively.

  • Handle event budgets, contracts, and timelines, ensuring events are delivered within budget and on schedule.

  • Oversee event promotion and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.

  • Manage event registration, participant communications, and on-site coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

  • Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
