The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring that our messages align with the company’s strategic goals. This role will support the development and execution of communication plans, focusing on creating consistent, clear, and engaging content across various channels. You will work closely with different departments to ensure the smooth flow of information, and help to enhance the company’s public image.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company initiatives and events.

  • Manage content creation for newsletters, internal memos, press releases, and other company materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

  • Coordinate internal communication between departments to improve the flow of information.

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and other engagement opportunities.

  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of communication strategies and opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of communication tools and techniques to enhance internal and external relations.
