Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This position supports the marketing department in planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

• Conduct market research and compile reports on consumer behavior and market trends

• Support in the coordination of promotional activities and events

• Prepare and maintain marketing materials and presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaign plans and timelines

• Track project performance, metrics, and campaign results

• Maintain organized marketing databases and contact lists

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in a marketing support role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and within a team
