Signal Tru Brand is currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Chicago. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
Provide administrative support to various departments
Maintain office supplies and handle basic inventory tracking
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
