Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client service, detail-oriented, and eager to play a key role in ensuring long-term client satisfaction and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular updates and support

• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure continued satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of services aligns with client expectations

• Monitor client account performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations

• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally

• Support onboarding and training for new clients when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
